Hardness: EVA shore A  55-65 degree

Instruction:

1.Pre-heat the oven. Do not use a microwave.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Set to bake at 200°F / 90°C.
CONVECTION OVEN: Start at 175°F / 80°C.
GAS OVEN (UK): Start at lowest gas mark (1/4, S, SS).

2.Remove the factory insole from your footwear   

3.Place the footbeds directly on the oven rack for 2 minutes.             
4.Immediately put the footbeds back into your footwear.  

5.Step into your footwear .

6.Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward
for 2 minutes.
